HONEY-CHILI CHICKEN WINGS

These oven-baked chicken wings are crispy, juicy, and ridiculously easy to make—no fryer needed. Drench them in some Tapi Papi, and boom! Next-level game night achieved.

Serves 2-4

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon dried oregano

  4. Pre-heat oven to 500º F
  5. Spread wings over a rack on a large sheet tray without overlapping (use 2 sheet trays if necessary)
  6. Roast for 20 minutes in the middle rack
  7. After 20 minutes, pull wings out and set the broiler to high
  8. Broil for 1-3 minutes or until skin is golden brown
  9. Put hot wings into a bowl and toss with lots of Tapi Papi
  10. Garnish with chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds
