MICHELADA

Ingredients

  • 2 fl. oz lime juice
  • ½ fl. oz Tapi Papi
  • ⅛ fl. oz Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 (12 oz.) Mexican lager

For the rim

  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Tajin seasoning (chili/lime/salt seasoning)

Steps

  1. Spread an even layer of Tajin seasoning on a small, flat plate.
  2. Dip the rim of a pint glass in the lime juice. 
  3. Dip rim on Tajin plate and roll around to get a thick rim.
  4. Pour in lime juice, Tapi Papi, Worcestershire, and salt. Mix with a spoon.
  5. Top with lager to ¾ full. Stir with spoon until everything is combined. 
  6. Top of with remainder of the beer. Cheers!
