Ingredients
- 2 fl. oz lime juice
- ½ fl. oz Tapi Papi
- ⅛ fl. oz Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 (12 oz.) Mexican lager
For the rim
- Juice of ½ lime
- Tajin seasoning (chili/lime/salt seasoning)
Steps
- Spread an even layer of Tajin seasoning on a small, flat plate.
- Dip the rim of a pint glass in the lime juice.
- Dip rim on Tajin plate and roll around to get a thick rim.
- Pour in lime juice, Tapi Papi, Worcestershire, and salt. Mix with a spoon.
- Top with lager to ¾ full. Stir with spoon until everything is combined.
- Top of with remainder of the beer. Cheers!
