Michelada
Ingredients
2 fl. oz lime juice
½ fl. oz Tapi Papi
⅛ fl. oz Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of kosher salt
1 (12 oz.) Mexican lager
For the rim
Juice of ½ lime
Tajin seasoning (chili/lime/salt seasoning)
Steps
Spread an even layer of Tajin seasoning on a small, flat plate.
Dip the rim of a pint glass in the lime juice.
Dip rim on Tajin plate and roll around to get a thick rim.
Pour in lime juice, Tapi Papi, Worcestershire, and salt. Mix with a spoon.
Top with lager to ¾ full. Stir with spoon until everything is combined.
Top of with remainder of the beer. Cheers!
