Welcome to Tapi Papi — thanks for stopping by and supporting a small, flavor-obsessed business. By using our site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Nothing wild here — just keeping things clear and fair.

1. General

By shopping with us, you confirm you’re at least 18 (or have permission from someone who is). We may update these terms once in a while — if we do, we’ll post the new version right here.

2. Products & Orders

We do our best to keep everything accurate and in stock, but sometimes things change. Prices, product details, and availability may be updated without notice. If something goes out of stock after you order, we’ll reach out to make it right.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards and the payment options listed at checkout. When you place an order, you’re confirming that your payment info is legit and authorized.

4. Shipping

Orders ship out from our HQ in Boston, MA. Shipping times vary based on where you live and how fast your mail carrier moves. Once your package leaves our hands, we can’t control delays, lost packages, or typos in the shipping address — so double-check your info before hitting order.

5. all sales are final

As a small business, we can’t accept returns or exchanges — every order really matters to us. That said, if your order shows up damaged or something’s off, shoot us an email at fernanda@tapipapi.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right. Promise.

6. Our Stuff

Everything you see here — the branding, photos, words, and designs — belongs to Tapi Papi. Please don’t reuse or copy our content without our written permission.

7. Liability

We’re all about good vibes and great sauce, but we can’t be held responsible for any losses or damages related to the use of our website or products, except where the law says otherwise.

8. Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. If there’s ever a dispute, that’s where it’ll be handled.
